New to 2022 but ran by business owners who have 10+ years in the network marketing trade.

Your deliveries will be sent via:

Royal Mail, Evri, DPD ( Large parcels ) 

Your package if sent directly from one of our suppliers will take on average 5-7 working days. If it is a mixed order & falls into our weekly wholesale it may take up to 14 working days to receive your order. 

Flat rate standard postage cost mainland UK- £3.49

INTERNATIONAL

We ship with royal mail, evri & similar carriers.

We can not ship handmade chocolates & short dated items. Please only purchase goods that have a long dry shelf life

Shipping prices vary depending on destination required - the price you pay is for shipping only we do not cover any local taxes/customs charges you may receive please check these charges with your local government.

We do not accept returns / refunds on consumable goods however if your parcel arrives at all with any damages then please email krazykandyz@yahoo.com the same day with images so this can be claimed for, returned & replaced for you. 

We can not cancel orders after 24 hours so if you need to make any changes to your order please contact us with in 24 hours as once it goes into processing we can not cancel.
